Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

At My Favourite Socks we aim to provide loved products that leave our customers feeling totally happy.

If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your any non-personalised goods, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy. All we request is that you contact us before you send the items back and that the items are returned to us in their original condition.

If any personalised product is faulty or not reasonable as per the order placed, we offer a 30 day replacement, refund or exchange policy.
If there is no fault on personalised products, unfortunately, due to their irreversible nature, we cannot offer a Refund.

Refunds apply to the cost of goods only and not to shipping or return costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.


What cannot be returned: No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Cancellation of all orders must be done within 2 hours of placing an order. This can be done automatically. After this time period it is no longer possible to cancel.


To claim any Replacment, refund or exchange simply email us at orders@myfavouritesocks.com with a detailed description of your situation; Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it and an invoice number. Pictures are also helpful to validate claims and may speed up the process.

All returns must be in their original packaging and Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

We will refund any customer within one week of any valid claim.
