General Delivery Information

We understand that having placed your order you don't want to sit about waiting for it to arrive, so we aim to dispatch your goods as soon as we can. (This may increase slightly at busy times such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day etc).

UK Deliveries

Most of our UK deliveries are handled by the Royal Mail. We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavor to keep our customers informed so that they are aware of the situation and know when to expect delays. Royal Mail advise that 1st Class delivery can take 1-5 working days, but usually do arrive next day.


Returns and Refunds

At My Favourite Socks we aim to design and make products that leave our customers totally happy. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your goods and to give you complete peace of mind about the products you are buying, we offer a 15-day refund or exchange policy for all non-personalised products. All we request is that you contact us before you send the items back and that the items are returned to us in their original condition.

Refunds apply to the cost of goods only and not to shipping or return costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised unless they are significantly different from that what was ordered.

To cancel your order and return any goods, please contact our customer services team on 0207 3500389 (UK).

  1. 1. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or goods that have been personalised.
  2. 2. Provide us with full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned including the reason for the return.
  3. 3. My Favourite Socks, accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, My Favourite Socks accepts no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns documentation (including original dispatch note).
  4. 4. Once your goods and the correct information have been received a member of our returns team will be in touch to authorise the refund. Please remember that refunds apply to the cost of goods only and not to shipping or return costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We will refund any customer within one week of any valid claim.
